To me, ‘the perfect moment’ is about so much more than a one-day event. My goal is not just for you to look back on your wedding as a joyful experience, but the entire planning journey as a time of excitement, anticipation, and wholehearted support. I’m so excited to help bring your Colorado wedding to life!

I was born and raised in Longmont, Colorado, then spent four years in New York City, where I worked with some of NYC’s most notable venues including The Plaza Hotel, Kleinfeld Bridal, and Madison Square Garden. I bring 10 years of diverse event experience to wedding planning, working with all budgets, styles, and guest counts. No matter how your wedding day unfolds, I am here to make sure you enjoy it like a guest.

When planning your wedding with The Perfect Moment, you work with me from right now until you exit the venue and hop in that getaway car. No one else to contact, no limits to our time together, just full, committed support.

FAQ’s

Here are some common questions you might have for me.

Don’t see the answer you’re looking for? Let me know what’s on your mind.

What’s the difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator?

I love venue coordinators and I am not here to step on their toes. I work with them to ensure your event runs smoothly. However, the difference is simple—they work for the venue and I work for you. I will monitor your needs throughout the event, make sure that your voice is heard and ensure that everything you planned is executed exactly the way you want it to.

Why should I hire a professional wedding coordinator instead of just having a friend help me?

Hiring a wedding coordinator ensures that your friends and family are relaxed—filling themselves with good food, tearing it up on the dance floor and celebrating you—instead of setting up tables or making sure the speeches start on time. With a professional wedding coordinator supporting you behind the scenes, you, your family, and your friends can experience this incredible day together. My job is to make sure that you feel like a guest at your own wedding and YOUR job is to enjoy the day!

I'm getting married in Colorado, but I don't live there. Can I still work with you?

Of course… Colorado is such a popular destination wedding location! If you live out of state I will spend a lot of time talking with you over the phone and video chatting but we will meet up when you are in town. I can also be your boots on the ground here in Colorado—attending vendor meetings, venue visits, etc.

When in the planning process should we hire you?

Whenever you are ready! It’s helpful if I can be involved at least 60-days prior to your event to ensure all your ideas come to life. That said, I’m ready when you are, whether that’s a few months before the big day or a year in advance.

Do you plan other events like rehearsal dinners and bridal showers?

Absolutely.

I am happy to be involved with as much of your wedding experience (or other event needs) as you’d like! Please reach out to discuss pricing and availability for any other events!

Do you travel for weddings/events?

Yes. I love to travel all over the state and country! I do not charge for weddings/events within the Denver-Metro area, but would request some mileage fees and possible hotel accommodations if traveling over 50 miles.
